General Hydroponics Calibration Solutions are specifically formulated for electronic pH meter calibrations and designed for hydroponic solution determinations.
These high quality standard reference solutions are accurate to 0.01 at 77 degrees F. Each batch is checked for accuracy to provide reliable readings.
They work with all electronic pH, EC TDS or combo (NaCl scale or the 442 scale) meters.
To maximize plant growth, the pH of your nutrients should be slightly acidic. Experienced growers consider the ideal pH for most crops to fall between 5.5 and 6.5. Simply dip the meter probe into a small amount of the balanced solution then adjust the meter to read the appropriate calibration.
