You can check either soil pH or fertility with the Rapitest Electronic Soil Tester. 

Simply slide the off switch to either "pH Analysis" or "Fertilizer Analysis" position. Place the probes in the moistened ground or collect a soil sample from the area to be tested and thoroughly moisten.

Insert the Rapitest Electronic Soil Tester probe completely into the soil sample. Within seconds the meter will indicate the pH or fertility condition level of your soil.

Once you have the results you can choose the appropriate plants for your soil, or follow the instructions in the booklet for changing the soil's properties.
