Comes fully assembled and ready to use. Measurements areapproximately 2' deep x 2' wide x 2' tall, giving over 7.5 square feet of drying space. It holds 3 - 18" X 21" screens.

Plugs into your everyday 110v 15 amp outlet with a power draw of approximately 2 amps (less than most appliances). Curing times vary depending on the food type. Generally 2 to 4 days is all you need.
