The Budget Gro™ is the least expensive remote HPS 1000W magnetic ballast available. It comes completely wired and ready for use. 

It has a high temperature domestic capacitor for durability and heat slots to remove excess heat. The Budget Gro ballast is well designed and the working parts meet the high quality level you expect from Sunlight Supply.

The affordability comes from the low budget housing (galvanized steel), so it's not as quiet as the higher end models, but this "bare bones" ballast will provide years of trouble-free use.

The Budget Gro is pre-wired for 120 volt operation, but is a multi-tap ballast.
